ISSA co-hosts the “Teaching History for Active Citizenship” (2024 KASSE International Academic Symposium) on November 16, 2024

We are pleased to share the news that ISSA co-hosts the online international symposium “Teaching History for Active Citizenship.” with the Korean Association for Social Studies Education (KASSE).

The invited speaker, Dr. Christopher Martell from the University of Massachusetts Boston, will share his work based on his book “Teaching History for Justice: Centering Activism in Students” and provide compelling questions about teaching history for justice in the Asian context.
