The International Social Studies Association will hold its first in-person annual meeting in Kobe, Japan, on October 23 (Friday), 2026. Building on the momentum of our previous online annual meetings, this gathering will bring together social studies scholars from across Asia and around the world to share ideas, build connections, and engage in meaningful dialogue about social studies education within and beyond national contexts.
